I have a C-section scheduled for Aug 19th... about 5 weeks away. I have so many things to do and I keep adding to my to do list. I really want to make some infant hair bows. At my 32 week ultrasound the tech said this little one already has a lot of hair so I would love to have some cute bows to put in her hair. I guess you can make them with velcro so they will stay in baby fine hair. I have to learn about all these girly things

WantingPink I have three girls (obviously) and I've never done anything special with their hair when they've been young. DD1 and 2 are at school and have to have their hair up so I've had to become a bit more inventive. My girls and most of their friends are usually far too busy running/jumping/biking around to sit around playing with their hair!

I'm worried about four as well, I feel like I've only just got the hang of three and on some days it's pretty busy/intense. Overall though I'm excited and there's a a sense of peace in knowing this is definitely our last baby.

I still have about 10 weeks to go, i'm 30 weeks today. Does anyone else feel totally unprepared. I know i've got ages left but not knowing even which house this little lady will be born into is really stressing me out. Dont not feel ready at all, hope i feel a little better in the next few weeks.

DLTAG I felt that way a few weeks ago. But have really made a dent in the things I needed to do b4 she gets here that I'm feeling a lot better about it now. I have a schedule for my remaining jobs too which also helps me see it all fitting in before d day. But it must be hard when you're still unsure as to where you'll be living!!
I'm also in full swing of planning major renos and extensions to our house starting 4wks after she is born, so I sort of know the chaos you're feeling!

Fish my boys would be exactly the same!!!! No matter how late they go to bed they are ALWAYS up around 5am!!! ALWAYS!! So this is why I'm so strict on them going to bed so early. It makes no difference in the morning and I need to feel I get a break from them at night b4 it all starts again lol my DD is great though. She has always loved her sleep so will sleep in at any chance!

It's oh so quiet here! Hoping everyone is well and Southern I hope you're hanging in there but if not, I can't wait for your birth update. Your little man has done soooooo well to make it this far. Well done!
Not much is happening here. Although I'm now in full nesting mode. I have washed ass baby clothes, linen, blankets etc etc plus washed down and cleaned basinet, baby swing and baby rocker as all these things have been given to friends to borrow and then returned to me for my little one. I've even gone as far as making up the basinet mattress with linen and then putting a sheet over it all so it won't get dusty over the last several weeks! Lol yes I'm in overdrive! Not much else to really do, although I have a big list of things to keep me busy up until birth, but if they don't get done they're not essential. Last thing that has to happen is clean all the carseats and put the babyseat in rearward facing. Which is getting done next wk and then I'm set!

I'm still hanging in there. We had a bit of a scare last night when my contractions started up about every 3-5 minutes again but a shot of turbutaline nipped them in the bud and they died down. I haven't been on much because I've honestly been pretty depressed being here in the hospital. Staying positive is becoming harder so I'm just trying to take it one day at a time.

Salsa glad you don't have a UTI. Maybe just pressure from the baby is causing the pain?

Girlsway wow only 5 weeks!! I think you are the first due in this group right? And WAG is right behind you on AUG 27. So exciting
