Sounds great! I don't think I'm going to be doing the diet very well, haven't got time to cook myself meals so sort of picking at what the kids have or having hot cross buns or some sort of carbs. Kids are having roast chicken so think I'll have a Yorkshire pudding with veg. And gravy and try not to have the chicken, love roast chicken! I wonder what most vegetarian mums have. My old next door neighbour was vegetarian and had girls but was so busy she ate frozen stuff the kids had so I presume pizza, waffles, chips etc. But then maybe it takes years of being a vegetarian to kick in and be OK having those frozen junk food type meals.

Sorry to hear your still feeling crap faithinpink, hopefully it will clear up soon?! I have to admit, two days when I was poorly I ended up taking a berrocca type vitamin to try and boost my immune system, not two days running though; just felt that my body needed a bit of a boost to get over it.
I've just done my hours run, beautiful morning here so was easy to go out and do, although I got back and couldn't stop coughingstill not 100% but getting there. I'm thoroughly looking forward to my lunch of yesterday's left over curry!! My breakfast wasn't le friendly - porridge made with coconut milk and coconut water, with a tsp of organic peanut butter and a sliced banana. It's what I needed before an 8mile run though! I worry that if I focus too much on my diet, make it too strict and stringent, then I'll be doing the whole anal/control boy mum thing :/ x

I'm still unwell too, got a bad chest and was coughing all night. So I'm taking a sick morning and eating crap! Def. No exercise till I'm better. Hoping because I'm not close to ttc yet that I can get away with it. Had crisps and chocolate!

3sacharm, do you do an hour running? Think I'd die after 20mins, I could only do 20 mins running on the treadmill. Always feel as if my body works harder than most to get enough oxygen, maybe it's linked to why I always end up with coughing lots with colds, maybe a weak chest.
So I'm feeling like a failure so devised a diet plan for the next 6 to 8 weeks before my attempt. Will be; 12ish... 1 cup of wholegrain rice with some mushrooms, courgette fried in vegetable oil. Then I'm going to try to make a cheese sauce from Greek yoghurt, Parmasan and mustard but no idea what it will be like. May have to have some reduced salt and sugar tomato ketchup on the rice to stomach it! With a corn on the cob with a bit of flora light. Strawberries for after.
Then about 230 I'll probably have a coffee and 1 slice of toast to stop me binging at 4!
5ish will be a cup of brown pasta with a small amount of store bought mushroom tomato sauce and a bit of fat reduced cheddar on top, maybe some veg. Maybe some more strawberries.
2 glasses of wine in the evening. Still low on calories etc. Though but will have to see how I get on, might add a bit of chicken to the meals but wanted to avoid meat really.
Just got to make myself do this and get on track before its too late!

Yeah I run for an hour on the road. I've had to drop my proper gym sessions, weights etc due to the swaying so I've increased my running instead. I've just entered my first official half marathon eek!!!

I failed again today! I just been so busy again, with my eldest son doing a production and I'm taking back a forwards between the theatre school and home.
I'm glad i have somewhere to come and talk as were all going through a similar thing. Somewhere to come and its supportive, not judging!
Hope all you sick ladies get better soon
I think we really need a girl in our family, my almost 5year old is struggling to understand family dynamics as he only has his brothers his dad and me.
We saw his teacher after school yesterday, out with his wife and child.
My son turned to me and said his teacher was out with his mum, I said no that's his wife, my son said no that's his mum!
