Babypink & Nacire-it is definitely interesting how different pregnancies can be!! This time, I am raiding the fridge lol, but not with my boys. Hard not to wonder! I was on the LE diet & reallllly limited what I ate, but wasn't ever hungry. Now, it's like I have a hole in my stomach that hurts wanting to be fed...but not everything in sight...particular cravings. And as you asked Sumbal-I've been wanting noodles and tomato sauce, cheesy rice, fresh strawberries, strawberry whole fruit popsicles, strawberry cake, choc chip cookies, pizza, chips & salsa...there is this tangy, green, mild dip (cilantro, citrus) at Moe's that tastes awesome!!! I'm trying to keep control...but I seem to have a thought of something new I want haha! I actually had lost a few lbs at my first appt on June 30th & was surprised! Lol
Sky-I'm like you though, I've tried to cook a few things & the smells bother me!! DH will cook or I make things that don't require a lot of effort where I'm stuck smelling it!!!

Bluebooties & 4blue1pink-that's what I was thinking & why I was wondering what test. I've heard some of the other earlier tests aren't always accurate, but the MaterniT21 is supposed to be pretty accurate. Praying for good news!!!! [emoji173]

My first 2 pregnancies were similar lots of 1st trimester MS and food smell aversions.
My 3th pregnancy that ended as a missed miscarriage. I only had back pain and absolutely nothing otherwise. My 4th pregnancy (DD3) absokutely no symptoms and a huge appetite. I gained the most weight in this pregnancy bcoz of HE diet and then just bcoz good appetite in pregnancy.

This pregnancy i just have some odd taste in my mouth and lots of fatigue.

Yes the triple screen and quad screen (offered to almost all ladies arent very accurate. The maternityt21 and other nipt tests ( offered to selected pts at risk) are.

I'll try to read back and catch up. I'm useless at keeping up and carving out time to check in.

My blood test results have come back with high markers for Down's syndrome so we've booked an NIPT and should have the results in two weeks.
4blue1pink I accidentally hit thanks in this post then like while trying to fix it 😩 I'm sorry to hear your blood test came back with high markers. I hope you are doiig ok. My friend had the same happen and it was a long wait for the NIPT to come back with the all clear. Thinking of you xxoo

Bluebooties do you get a scan at your appt this month? September feels like such a long time away but I'm sure it will fly by.

Oh Gosh those bloody comments! I know mine are coming but we haven't announced to dh family because we know they will be the ones to make them unfortunately,..all my friends and family are so accepting as long as we're happy. why can't people think before they speak? This will be our 5th boy (if it is a boy) and I know people will wish we were having a girl instead. I think there is so much social pressure to have a balanced family nowadays but honestly a happy, healthy baby is all anyone could wish for. Congratulations on your good news I'm glad everything is going well. Isn't it just the best news? So thrilled for you and don't listen if anyone does say anything, just focus on that and that your lovely family will be happy no matter what anyone else says. And how sweet about your boys
I also prepared my boys for the boy news, we havedecides to let them chose the name and they are thrilled now X

I'm sorry to hear this. If this was an NHS test result -well they can be wrong as they are non diagnostic. Lots of people go on to have normal results from the nipt tests so I'm keeping my fingers crossed and praying all is well for you xxx
