It's best to take small doses several times a day, that's best for allowing your body to use it all day long.

I actually think it's best to take 400 several times a day, although when I had to take a big dose I did use the 800 mcg dose 2x a day and then filled in with the 400's

Just want everyone to know it's MICROgrams (mcg or iu) on folic, and NOT milligrams (mg)

Hi Atomic, I bought a personalized plan last summer, I think it may have expired now. I have just signed up again to a personalized plan, will I be able to access my old, get a new one etc. I would like to be able to ask you questions regarding it.

Honestly I cannot say what will happen in that amount of time, I'm here doing plans NOW and the site is here, in 5 years anything can happen!!

Hi we want to start tic a girl (hopefully) at Christmas 2014 and I wondered when was the best time to buy a personalised plan? Also are there any statistics regarding those who have bought the plan and the success rates? Finally I am in the UK is that ok? Will I be able to get what I need here? Thanks
