I have to say, you ladies are giving me hope for controlling GD this time around. I had it horribly with DS2 since I was convinced it was my DD. While my nub pic is a bit tricky, since the baby is curled, I think it screams boy and I have to admit, my heart is already a little heavy. I am almost leaning towards having the tech write the gender down and opening it in the privacy of my own home so I can shed tears if needed. This is our last baby so I know this is the end of a dream for me. I wouldn't trade my little boys for anything in the world but I can't help but feel a little incomplete. I'm trying to remind myself that it is the baby that is the blessing, not the gender.

The baby is the blessing indeed! Doesn't change the emptiness we feel but knowing that helps ous move past it and heal. Glad we can provide some hope jheitz.

Shell~ Glad you like your new doctor and no infection, sorry your cervix is so sensitive though. (((hugs))) I hope the spotting goes away soon.
Winn~ Is this your first cerclage? It is for me, got it placed a 12.3 weeks. I had a 30 weeker too, DS3. Hoping to make it to or very close to term also, fingers crossed for both of us!Happy birthday to your DS, congrats to your oldest and yay for your puppy coming to your family soon!
Auroara~ That is too funny! :P

My kids and I decided to dig up my 2yo DS's 12+1 video, since I only had one print from that scan and it didn't show a nub. There were NO gender clues! Good thing I hadn't heard about nub theory then, LOL, or it would have driven me nuts. He was in a totally different position and so was the placenta (this time its anterior). Yes, I'm totally nubsessed.
