Hi ladies!
So I'm12 dpo. This afternoon, I noticed a real quick trickle of bleeding. It came very quickly like wet CM. I assume it's AF (which is likely around the corner). But the bleeding is very light, and a bit pinkish red. I also have a lot of belly cramping!
I can't tell if this is AF or not!

Do you have any other coupling syptoms? Nauseating, fatigue, mood swings? It could be! Especially if it's very light and has a pink or brown tint to it. Implementation bleeding can occur anywhere from 6-12 days after conception

Very weepy all week, moody, tender boobs and mild nausea since yesterday. Lot of cramping today. I don't want to get my hopes up, as all this can well be the same as PMS. I think either way in the next two days, I'll have an answer between AF or hopefully a BFP. Hope you are doing well!

Thank you all so much for your help with e4d questions! If I am honest though, it seems like no one is getting pregnant doing the e7d method and so it's very disheartening. I'm not really feeling very hopeful this month.ex

Can I ask where you got e7d method from? I’ve never heard it mentioned on here and I know atomic wouldn’t recommend!

Girlsway- I want dh to abstain for 7-8 days to lower his sperm count. So we are attempting e7d. Atomic actually said she wants people to start out e7d and move to e4d if not falling pregnant and e4d+1 at pos opk if still not falling pregnant. I think bc it ensures 1 attempt
