Hello - I bought a customized plan on August 1 and haven't heard anything about it yet. It's been 3 weeks and that's 3 weeks where I could've been doing something, so I'm a bit upset. Can you please advise what's going on? I did see it taken out of my bank account on August 1st as well.

I'm sorry, I only see them once the questionnaire is completed and I never got a questionnaire from you so I didn't know to put it on my schedule. I will do your plan immediately upon receiving the questionnaire, have cleared my schedule to do that ASAP. So sorry for mixup!!!

I have my schedule open tonight through 6, if I get a questionnaire I can do the plan right away. Otherwise we will have to wait till tomorrow (but I'll still get your plan done immediately upon receiving the questionnaires tomorrow from 8am through 6 pm.)

I want to purchase your personalised plan for swaying pink, however I am still breastfeeding my 13 month old son and am yet to have my period return. I am night weaning him at the moment and hope period will return in next few months and we can try to conceive in January. Is it pointless me purchasing the plan already seeing as I don't have my cycles back yet?

No I have several people who are waiting for their periods while nursing right now! We just make a few changes to hopefully improve the chances of your cycles coming back sooner rather than later.
