could be O spotting. I ovulated either CD 10-11 this cycle. Or could just be random spotting, seems cycles after a loss are always a bit wonky.

I'm trying for 5 days a week but not stressing with 4. I'm not doing weight training like with both boys which is the most important part I think.

Just came back from an interesting acupuncture session. The fire alarm went off for about 5-10 mins. False alarm thankfully. Still annoying though.
