WP- wow such a dark line at 12 dpo! I don't know about intense cardio while pregnant. I guess I would not do it.
Im sure I will keep up the diet for a wile too just in case and not doing hard workouts for sure.

Flava - Thank you so much for your responses. You are so nice in all your posts and enjoy reading them...
I am now really confused about swaying...If X & Y are same, timing is not important, high potassium/sodium diet is just a theory.....I just don't know what to use as base for my sway....

Cemas- not sure about my girls but this one was conceived in a male sign. I haven't found anything that's right for all of mine though.
Flava- I like your sign too, run with it
Wp- woohoo!
Lola- tell him to scarf those sups, worked before right so it's totally worth a shot!
Dreamblue- base your sway on the high everything diet, more important then anything else.
I second that Tink, where the hell is Iluv?

Thanks 3P1B....seriously I am now way more relaxed with the sway on this site than IG. But I also wonder how can swaying be so easy.....no microscope, syringe, test tubes....haha....i used to think of these when i think about swaying on IG...now I am thinking about eating healthy......that's pretty much it....gender means more to me than DH so that takes lot of pressure off of me....I just have to make myself happy about whatever I do with this sway....

Dreamblue- you are welcome I relaxed a lot after moving over here. I think IG says stress sways boy cause they give you so much lol Have you read up on swaying for a girl? I discovered what I normally do that, in theory, sways girl and focused on those. Basically my vit d levels, excessive cardio, restricted low nutrient calories and use of sperm hostile lube all needed to be changed.
Oh and ITA with WP, HE is about feast time so LOTS of healthy foods.

Focus on diet first, you want to change your internal environment (your pH and good EWCM) to favour that of the boy sperm. Secondly, apply the timing technique, but this comes second to the diet. Your body overall needs to be "well nourished" to accomodate a boy, more girls are born to mothers who tend to eat less/diet/lose large amounts of weight and less muscle tone.
