    Progesterone 26.
I had vaginal progesterone with my last pregnancy. I never restarted it with this one. She is recommending that I do, is it necessary?

Those are great numbers Roe! I wouldn't think you need progesterone. That is good for 15dpo!

Refrigerate before eating. Lasts 1 week...haha! OMG! This is SO good! Perfect for my sliced sweet bell peppers!!
    That sounds yummy!!

If something were to happen, and you'll be in regret for NOT using progesterone, then use it. It won't hurt you and it will also help offset the excess estrogen.

Ha I think I "pocket thanked you" on my phone! Glad you got a nap in! At this point, I'm sleeping like a baby and can't stay awake past 9pm most nights.

Ugh! I hear you! I'm getting breakouts left and right too! My hair is also greasy! Definitely NOT my norm!

I found I can only eat 300-500 calories per meal and added 2 200 calorie snacks before lunch and before dinner. This has helped me to not feel so sick! I don't puke anymore and still feel worse in the evenings, but I'm managing. Whenever I start to feel sick, I drink a big swig of water and that helps take the edge off. This makes sense because the reason we are so sick is because of the excess hormone production.

FX we get some much needed relief soon!!

*must remember to drink all her water*

I'm doing so bad with this. I just hate the constant peeing I used t o be able to drink 3-4L per day without peeing so much and now everything I drink makes me produce a gallon of urine LOL

I'm hoping to start working out again- today. I'm doing a modified version of my HIIT with weights. Obviously I'll have to make some modifications to prevent my heart rate from getting too high. I'm looking forward to warmer weather to get some running in too!
