Thanks Atomic. Strangely enough my period returned this morning, I am so happy!! I have ordered the personalised pink plan but I can't see where to access the questionnaire. I thought I had as I found your link you had posted to other members but then it wouldn't let me through to it. I have also tried logging out and then back in again but still no luck. Please can you let me know. Thank you

My concern is regarding the diet since i have PCOs. Do you offer any diet/advices support for women with this syndrome?

No that still doesn’t work
It just takes me to a page with forms for past attempts

thank you! Once your payment goes through, you will be able to access a couple of questionnaires, and if you fill them out, then I'll have the info I need to be able to design a personalized plan for you. It takes me 7-10 days to do the plan (almost always 7)
