I have my 12 week ultrasound tomorow where they look for down syndrome etc. (I can't rem the actual name)
I am asking them to focus on looking at what caused my loss last pregnancy through the ultrasound not so much abnormalities since she is PGS tested normal and I've already ruled that out.
I also meet my new high risk OB tomorow. I hope she is nice! Nervous ...

I would like to introduce myself. I am a mom to 3 boys (14, 10, and 5). I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. This is the last baby for sure. I struggled with wanting to try again seeing as I have 3 boys but got the courage to do so anyways. I found this site and read up as much as I could. I started my journey 2 years ago and have made it to this point. One of my wonderful friends threw me a gender revel the other day (based on my nipt gender test) and am still in disbelief. I am so excited to say that I will have a little girl joining his bunch of boys in October, still waiting on that ultrasound at 20 weeks though. This site has been so informative and encouraging in my journey. I love seeing the helpfulness of all of you ladies on here. I love reading stories of encouragement and hope. On my down days I turn here for pick me ups. Thank you letting me be a part of this community even if I’ve been lurking in the shadows.

It's gotten quiet in here girls!
How is everyone doing?
I had my 12 week ultrasound last week and met my Dr. All looked good no chromosomal abnormalities which I already knew. However i was told i cannot verify any issues with her cord until at least 20 week ultrasound. We lost our last daughter at 19 weeks from a cord issue and now I basically just have to wait it out. There is no way of knowing if I have it again or any way to prevent it. This was not what I wanted to hear. I thought for sure an ultrasound earlier could tell any issues with it.
So now even know the Drs don't think it will repeat.. I am basically a.big ball of anxiety to say the least. There is no cure for it.. and I literally feel so completely out of control of my own body.
We haven't even told anyone about our pregnancy bc I am terrified of losing her too.
Asking for a little prayer from everyone if possible.
