17dpo and i had twins. bfn everyday until i saw a super faint line... 11dpo is considered early, i know most ladies will start testing at like 7dpo and im sorry but they are crazy i've only known a handful of gals who got lines that early. sometimes you don't even implant until 11 or 12dpo! then you still have to wait a few days to build up enough hcg to be detected. you aren't out, good luck in the next few days.

TTC5 I have only had really one pregnancy and a chemical but both of them i didnt get lines on a FRER until after my period was due which i was 15dpo and the lines were so faint, thats why this month I will not start testing until 13 or 14 dpo because i am now a POAS Addict but I know if i do it any earlier i will def get a bfn even if i was preg.

This wait is going to be SO LONG! Only 3dpo and it feels like it should be a week already!!! Too early to even speculate about symptoms!!! Need a diversion big time!

I haven't read ahead, and someone may have already answered this, but I get these: http://www.amazon.com/Combo-Ovulatio...6736665&sr=8-1 You can't beat this anywhere, and I've been ttc a LONG time and used many many tests! 40opks and 10hpts for only $10, and the hpts are super sensitive and good for early testing.

About when to test....this is my theory/opinion: if you don't get upset with bfns, I think the earliest should be 10dpo. I wait till 12dpo myself, because I'll have AF on 13/14dpo, and most likely would get a + by then. Some months I just wait for AF because it's too depressing to see those stark white tests over and over, LOL. So, I say 10dpo at the earliest, but the longer you wait, the more definitive of a bfp you will get (ie, no squinters).

And about the lines- in most cases, they will not get darker in a matter of a few days. I took one at 12dpo and then another two weeks later and it was much darker, but that was 2 weeks later of hcg. So don't fret about lines not getting darkers, ladies!!!! You'll just stress yourself out.

    Good luck everyone!

I am only here to say AF came 4 days early. I have been sick so who knows if that caused it.

All I know is I am out. Completely. I am currently selling everything baby and calling the OB/GYN tomorrow for getting fixed asap. I wont be trying anymore the stress of trying is causing problems with me and my sons.

I will check in from time to time but I am done.

Hobbs, that is weird that you are queasy! You never know, some women get queasy right away and every pregnancy is different.......hope this is it!

TTC5, I am sorry you got a bfn. Buggar. But the ladies are right, you aren't out yet. I usually don't get an early bfp either....I did when I had m/c though.

Oh, PP, I am so sorry! I think you are making a prudent decision for now if you and your relationships are too stressed. I know it's not an easy decision, and I am really sorry you had to go there. Big hugs to you-
