Cerclage is out! It went great, took less than 5 minutes and I barely felt a thing. No dilation and no cramping. Dr said baby is considered full term tomorrow so now it's just wait and see

You can drink cranberry juice to help with that, good for baby too

holy heck ladies! I put some clary sage on my belly to see if it would do anything. No contractions but wow do I feel goofy. I kind of feel floaty and out of it, like I am a bit high maybe??? Oh and I also smell like pig poo...LOL

I used coconut oil, about a tablespoon of that and maybe 4-5 drops of the oil? I couldn't get a clear count but it wasn't a ton.

I had to google it because i had never heard of it, but it does say it can cause euphoria.. thats why preggies use it during labour instead of pain relief meds. Are you feeling ok now?
