todays plan
5.20am - coffee with whole milk
12.15pm - sweet potatoes, broccoli, hummous, items from the salad bar at work (leaves, aubergine, green beans, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn), waitrose adzuki and edamame salad, sweetfire beetroot. I am stuffed!!!!
4.00pm - raspberries, blackberries, banana, dutchy organic full fat natural yoghurt
8.00pm - seeded haddock fillet, waitrose chunky chips, heinz garlic sauce, corn on the cob, roast courgette. It would have been chickpea curry but DH is losing patience with all the veggie meals and the fish portion is quite small.
thats approx 1900 cals, 57g fat (28%) and 55g protein

Do you think I've been "too naughty" with the diet to attempt this month?? 😕

you have been naughty in not having enough protein mrs!! get attempting!!
seriously, you have absolutely nothing to worry about your totals are all much lower than mine every day so if thats what is worrying you, you are fine. The sooner you get PG the sooner you wont have to worry about this stuff

OK I just looked back through May and my honest opinion (not that you need me to approve or opine but just in case you want someones opinion) is that you have been low every day. There was one day when you were over on fat and that was not by much. So no, I dont think you have been too naughty to attempt - and to be honest, knowing what you and your DH have been discussing in regard to having a time limit on it, I would definitely attempt in your shoes.

I really shouldn't make my own pizzas at home as I eat too much of them! It only had mushrooms and peppers on and very little cheese but tonnes of protein in the spelt and rye base! Plus I had low fat cheese and bread for lunch so definitely over today
probably 70-80g!

It was
I blame my DS1 as he came out of school saying "Mummy, can we make pizzas for dinner tonight?" I find it hard to resist eating wholesome homemade dinners!

Thanks so much steph for taking the time to go through my food! I feel better with some advice of someone who's seen what I've eaten and thinks it's ok and we should attempt!
