Guess I'll finally jump in here! I've had 3 attempts so far (Feb, May, June) that were all BFN and I'm currently sitting July out as we just spent 3 weeks on vacation in Europe and I was totally off of the LE diet, not exercising, and not taking all my supplements. So next attempt will be in August.
When are you planning on trying?- I'm CD 19 today with AF due on the 29th. So next ovulation should be August 12th as I tend to O on CD15.
Have you started to sway yet? We got back from Europe last weekend and I started back on LE diet on Monday. I'm skipping breakfast, not snacking, having just 2 meals a day. I'm not going full blown vegetarian and still eating a small serving of meat most days (chicken or pork). I'm doing baby aspirin, folic acid, peppermint tea, cinnamon, and fiber. DH is taking olive leaf. I want to do exercise, but I hate it and haven't started back up yet. Hoping to start on Monday.
Did you get a personalized plan or are you working on your own? No personalized plan. Doing it on my own.
Which gender are you hoping for? GIRL! I have 2 boys-- 5 and almost 11 years old.
Any concerns you have currently? That I haven't started exercise yet!Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015.
He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.
A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.

Hello ladies. We're getting closer to attempting now. DS3 has stopped BF so I'm hoping that my cycles will return this month. I've now been on LE for nearly 12 weeks plus a few weeks of going veggie before starting LE proper. I've lost about 14lb over that time. DH is taking OLE and I'm taking fibre, folate, an iodine supplement and regular coconut water for potassium. I'm currently taking black walnut and wormwood for a week as I'm really overdue a bowel cleanse, but after I've finished that our plan is to DTD every four days. That way I won't have to worry whether my cycles are back or not using OPKs and temps etc. Fingers crossed everyone!

Welcome back essnce! I bet your trip was a amazing! I've lived in Germany for quite a few years now but this September will actually be my first time traveling to France. There are so many places to see and since we live in Northern Germany where the weather can be quite gray and rainy we often head a bit farther away or to the Alps because we love the mtns. What was your favorite part of your trip? I actually can't wait to do a big road trip in the States once the kids are all a bit older and can appreciate it more! I also am having trouble doing the exercise as much as I should. I've been really active with the boys though so hopefully it isn't too bad.
Weezie your plan sounds awesome! I'm also planning on trying to go every 4 once I hit CD10 as I normally love to chart, take my temp, etc and feel that just going with the flow will hopefully help my sway.
Good luck everyone! I hope we all get our DGs!Enjoying life with my crazy little DS1 2010:

So today I'm on my way to Italy(Florence and Milano) and France(St Tropez and Monaco). Can't wait for my most amazing next 3 weeks. I'm happy I followed atomic and girls advice to stop the le diet until September. .we have plenty of time to do the things a la carte from September until November.
Junie, I love Germany. Everything is at it's place and super clean. I guess in some sides people are a little to grumpy but I guess it's because everybody is so serious in this country at what they do.
Sua is awesome! I've been for 2 weeks in California in March and it's a dream life
) From eveything I saw until now, California and Singapore are the best! So definetly worth going but take at least 2 weeks.
Are you or will be using any gels for your attempts? My family puzzle is complete now 💕
Thank you Atomic! 😍

I have Represh but then I've been reading that it hasn't been making a difference. I do have a lot of CM but I think I will just do cetrizin or whatever that antihistamine is called. How about you?

Junie-- I think my favorite part of the trip was climbing the Basilica Dome and our amazing tour of the Catacombs of Priscilla in Rome. And drinking a cappuccino freddo everyday in Greece!
I used Rephresh for my very first attempt (and maybe my 2nd?), didn't use it for my 3rd, and will not be using it for any future attempts. It doesn't seem to make that much of a difference, but it definitely kills off sperm and makes it harder to get pregnant!
And I didn't use it right before attempting either-- always 12-24 hours before.
I took Zyrtec/cetirizine before too (I normally take it for allergies), but will try to avoid it this time.Last edited by essnce629; July 25th, 2014 at 02:00 AM.
