I thought I was going to get my period at 1:00am. I had bad cramps and noticed brownish cm when I wiped. I even put on a big pad and took 2 Tylenol! Well AF didn't come and my temp is even higher this morning 98.90!! Trying not to get my hopes up 😁😁😁

Has anyone gotten a huge temp shift in the morning and then gotten AF later that day?

I bet AF will show up within the next 2 days. I am just thrown off by my high temp this morning. Usually before AF arrives my temp drops. FF said it can happen. Oh well! I am looking forward to my acupuncture appointment anyway!

I know it isn't completely impossible. But for the life of me I can not find out what the actual percentage of conception would be! It wouldn't be too big of a deal...I just have my heart set on another winter baby. With my temperature spike this morning I am starting to wonder though...

Sounds promising! And I've never had AF come with my temp going higher. It always drops, even if it's a small drop not all the way to the coverline. And I have about 60 of my own charts to look back on!

Ooh, I am cautiously optimistic! I hope my temp stays high tomorrow, but won't be surprised if it dips down. I am not having anymore cramping, and I am not spotting. At least I am having great progesterone production, which is a big change for the better. I am hopeful I will get a BFP soon, one way or another!

I'm only 9dpo but I feel out this month. I have about 15kgs to lose to get back to prebabies weight so thinking I might lose that then try after that. Thinking of starting on vitex, is it ok while breastfeeding??

Only from AF-O. I would be hesitant to take it while BFing though. BFing can make your cycles wonky and the Vitex can make it worse. I would check in with Atomic first, because everyone's situation is different. FWIW, it made my cycles crazy!

I'm still BFing too, though not that much anymore- only 2-3 times a day sporadically. When I took the Vitex, I was BFing 6-8 times a day back in August-September.
