Do you feel like exercising? If you're doing it because you feel you should but not because you want to, then I wouldn't. You'll keep doing much of the same, YK? I did the exercise because it is a habit for me. I'm totally a type A personality and for me to be calm and relaxed, I HAVE to exercise! If I don't, I don't even like myself, lol!!

I LOVED how I felt after jogging! I was up to 9 k (a little over one hour for me) and I loved it! But I don't have a tread mill so my excuses started there - climate here is unpredictable and I can only run after DH gets back. So that was one hurdle to get over and that was ok - some days my kids would nap so I could YouTube some dance videos or whatever; but most days I found myself waiting for good weather. Then the Clomid gives me wicked o pains at random times (not just o time), so found myself sitting it out for long stretches, and then when I was free of pain my stinkin ankle started acting up.
I think I need to start over with cardio - walk, and add jogging as it feels right, but only be committed to walking. That's how I was when I started my sway - I never thought I'd jog - I could only go 30 seconds lol!!!

I walk for 80 to 90 min a day its around 8 to 10 km. I do brisk walking a really get a sweat up. Atomic said walking it good. If i had to jog every day i think i would of stopped by now because its really hard to do esp pushing a heavy toddler in a pram.

Ya I don't exactly win any races lol, but you must be hoofin it!
I have issues taking the stroller for an hour. THAT gets too painful, my shoulders can't handle it. But I'd like to do SOMETHING. I just hope it doesn't spike my T levels with starting over

I agree with XX. Just do what you can, Hitme.
Walking is perfect! I am in the same boat as you. I am more dedicated some weeks and then others, I feel like are a total bust! I try to take a step back and look at the big picture. I skip breakfast every day (which I *never* have done before). I eat significantly less meat, especially less red meat. I still eat meat like 3-5 times a week but I try to keep it chicken only (I'm not a fan of seafood). I try focus on the things my mom and sisters do naturally (they are complete opposites of me and all have a bunch of girls!!!). They hardly eat any meat but when they do, it's usually chicken and they don't exercise. So, that way I can feel ok about my sway because even they don't consistently eat the same things or do the same amount of exercise. I think you still have a strong sway even if you're "cheating" on your diet and even if you're not exercising. You are still doing things differently than when you got your boys!
That's what is most important!

I'm ready to take on the week with a different attitude.
I'm going to try to walk - or do the videos and keep on the diet the way I have been. We're too social of a family to be able to avoid every awesome food lol
I've been on the diet for 13 weeks
with skipping breaky since like January.
Barely any meat, nice low fat numbers most of the week. Maybe too low on protien most days too / which is a 180.
I conditioned myself for cardio which is a feat im so proud of - and if I can do it again that's great but if not
I'll just do my best.
I've made awesome changes, now God willing let's just get pregnant haha!
