August Thread for TTC Blue - Chit Chat!

I had to run out to the store, so I got a pack of Answer tests.....BFN, again. There is no faint, no nothing, just one lone line. I don't know what to do. I checked my chart from last month and I had a 28 day cycle. Now I am on day 33. I know I Oed a little later, but this crap is really starting to tick me off!!!! I think at this point, I may be just as happy to see AF. We are only going to TTC for July and August....my August cycle is being ate up my this crazy one.


Sorry guys, I am just in a crappy place right now. I guess it is the fact of not knowing what is going on. Should I still be on the diet? Supp?

Our cow is pregnant....I guess I should be happy for her.

WP, what supps are you taking? Anything new? Some of the supps can extend your cycle. Stay on the diet but let's look at your supps.

Iluv! HI! I was just thinking about you and wondering if you had popped on today. How are you feeling? 7.5 weeks already! When do you go to your doc again? And when is your next thyroid test?

Saw the heartbeat on wed. That was so great to see. How fun it's been to watch grow week by week. It went for a small black hole to a beating hear. Thank God for little miracles. I have the Group meeting next wed. and another Dr. appt Friday where he'll also check my thyroid (8 week mark). I assume it will be once a month appointments for a while instead. I'll miss seeing the baby though. I'm doing OK, tired every couple days for so where I need to spend some time in bed (crash days) and nausea is OK. I went to the chiropractor and acupuncture this week and need to wait till pay day to get all the crazy expensive supps I plan on taking. Will be seeing the chiropractor every 2 weeks or so at a$10 co-pay so not too bad. Other than that, feeling a little less psychotic this week but only had to work Monday so that was a great surprise. I did fill it up instead of desperatly needeed cleaning to play at the bordwalk and beach w/ my gf and our kids. Cleaned MIL's today and exhausted but need to jump up to shower and get kids in bed to hit the 8:15 showing of Harry Potter.

How about you? THanks for thinking about me. I'm too tired to log in most nights now.

Oh I am feeling horrible! Day 13 of me being sick with flu like symptoms. I ended up seeing a different Dr and he thinks I could have Swine Flu as it's going around this area. So I had some blood taken and a throat swab done and should get the results back today. I hope they find something, I will be so frustrated if they say they don't know what's wrong with me!
Sarah will be trying in a few weeks, she skipped last cycle as it was too soon and she wants to wait til my scan to make sure I'm having just 1 baby lol.

Smart more Sarah. 2 hormonal pregos in a household could be a little scary though. Does dinner get made if you are both too tired to cook.....take out!
The swine flu and being pregnant sounds pretty scary. I sure hope it's OK.

Ladies Im feeling a lot better now.
The thing is I was painting the new room for DD2 and 3 . Pink and red...DD3 picked it. We always picked the colors before so now they are happy . The room is nice looks like a candy store lol. But, it made me so sad because I was thinking I always paint a girly room and will never paint a room for a boy...This made me write the sad post.I thought people here understand it...anyway I came back to post but then I read about the cow and what if it's a boy and it made me more sad for it.(sorry WP hope it's a girl!)
Anyway couple weeks ago I went to help paint this other house and they picked a color for the master bedroom ...while I was painting the room I had this dream in my head about my boy room! I love that color so much they picked ,even the name of it !
Before this I never had an idea how I would decorate a baby boy room , had no vision , no clue , ect. Even when ttc DC4. But now I do I know exactly what I would do!
(don't want to jinx it so I don't say what kind of room lol)And maybe just maybe I can have a boy and make my dream room for him. And why Im thinking this? Because I checked my pH today and it was 7!!! How this happened I don't know but Im so happy . It just shows me that something is going good , even is pH not so important for everyone it gives me hope that if I do thing good and see change maybe I can have a boy too!

haha this is how I feel about my evil SIL having her 3rd boy. She wanted a girl SOO bad. She is currently pregnant with her 3rd boy. When they found out it was a boy DH and I giggled and did a bit of a chest bump like HA now our DD will only ever be the only girl on that side of the family A HOLES! I totally understand...i dont wish harm...i just like the "Ah ha" it also made think...we will have all girls! LOL

Gosh this thread is moving quickly! So much is going on. I hope everyone is doing good. Sending my love. I have like no time at all these days!! But im tracking, eating...and soon going to be here for my qustions when it gets close to my attempt. can SOME ONE please update me on everyone in a nutshell. Flava this is an AWESOME post!!! I love it! Congrats on the great pH; whether pH matters or not, it does for sure show that the diet is making REAL changes in your body, and that is encouraging!

Iluv that would be so neat to see your baby week by week on u/s! I'm glad you've been getting to do that. And TOTALLY skip out on responsible things and go to the boardwalk anytime you can, for sure! Glad the exhaustion and nausea seem manageable at this point; a few days down isn't terrible ... FX it gets better!

Kris, so sorry to hear you're so sick! I hope that passes quickly. I'm with Iluv, wise to not have 2 pregnancies in the same house so close together! And to make sure you're not having twins When is your 1st scan?

Flava, your post reminded me that when I was little I had a bedroom with wide, vertical pink and white stripes. It was like a pink and white jail, LOL! I think that is great you let the girls pick out the colors. I let my girls pick out new bedding a month ago: DD1 got Scooby Doo, and DD2 got Wall-E. If I have a boy he'll probably pick princess bedding at this rate
