Thanks for all the replies to my earlier question about cheating. Mum of 6 - I concur with steph, you've been doing great overall and should definitely attempt!
I haven't been posting because we've been traveling over the weekend and then once we returned my whole house is sick! I'm so upset! We aren't attempting until July so the illness doesn't help my sway. I've been eating a bit more nutrients, fat and protein hoping to feel better but it's pissing me off to have to eat off the LE plan. I was able to run yesterday but was miserable the entire time so I'm taking a day off running today which is also making me upset.
On a positive note, my sister is in town and we usually fight 24/7 but we haven't fought AT ALL. She tries to bait me constantly and I'm not even tempted to fight back. I really think the LE diet/exercise has helped with my testosterone and wanting to fight with people. It's great!
Thanks for reading the novel . I love reading your food posts ladies - you guys are all so great on the diet!DS1 (2012)

bluebonnet, if you are not attempting until July you dont need to worry about needing to eat a bit extra at the moment
hope you feel better soon and its great news that you dont feel the need to fight with your sis

Thanks for the support steph! I'd love a March/April baby so I hate to put off my attempt if I don't really need to.
Still sick today but I did manage an hour of exercise so I'm happy about that.
Breakfast: Coffee + creamer upon wakeup, around 8:30 AM ate 6 oz of blueberries. I was starving and needed something and I'm hoping eating more antioxidants might help me get better sooner.
Lunch: McAlister's Deli vegetarian chili in a bread bowl
Dinner: homemade potato soup topped with 1/4 cup of reduced fat pepper jack cheese, 2 slices of bread with butter
1508 calories, 35 grams of fat, 47 grams of proteinDS1 (2012)
