    Thank you beautiful rainbow there used to be a thread where ladies shared what they were eating each day for their sway I think, perhaps we could start a new one? Really useful having the menu ideas I am terrible at choosing what to eat and tend to snack more than have proper meals so need to change that! Xx

    We have mostly been using this thread as a sort of exercise and food discussion haha!

    Maybe we could all just start using this one to for menu ideas too?

    I have read the old thread you are talking though, could also just start that back up again?

    Hi Mulberrysmurf, I could do with a diet group too as I need more help with that than anything else!
    My feeling rubbish go to food has always been take away and chocolate!

    I've done my 60 mins today and have even lost a pound which is odd as I've been eating chips and chocolate some days.... But then I've skipped dinner to sort of compensate so maybe that's why. I think I'm going to have to add in an extra bagel or something a day to stop loosing weight as still have another 6 weeks to go till the first attempt and haven't got much left to loose!

    Thank you! Perhaps we should start a new one anyway so that it doesn't get too big as it makes it tricky to load then? My go to snack food is nuts - can so tell why I have two boys haha!! Xx

    Good idea, I'll let you start it and then I'll try and find it and join in :-) Currently out for lunch.... Cheese and tomato toastie and chips with diet coke! Would have preferred a burger, but opted for vegetarian and couldn't refuse chips... And I have exercised.... Listen to me making excuses!
