Pbn-we had a blast at the water park thanks, the boys are at the age where they are just loving the water...a few trips around the lazy river was just what we needed! Thanks for your input on my temps...it's almost summer & has gotten pretty hot here....maybe it was the AC?

I just noticed for the first time that my folic acid has calcium in it too...so I've been taking 100mg daily & didn't even realize it! Doesn't that sway blue?? Eeeek! I'm going to look it up now, but what if I messed everything up that I've worked so hard doing!!

What folic acid brand are you taking Lola? I've always taken this one. I don't think this will have been detrimental to your sway at all, in fact I'm pretty sure calcium is one of those 'not proven either way' things. I know vitamin d is said to sway strongly blue (you often get vit d & cal combined) but calcium on its own (or in your folic acid) I wouldn't think is a big deal. Just swap to a straight FA or folate pill today or tomorrow if it bothers you though

Pbn-that makes me feel better! The brand is spring valley & it doesn't mention anything about calcium on the front! Luckily vit d isn't included. I'm def going to switch it out, but too late to make a difference this cycle :/ I'm going to look for your brand

AFM - wohooo! I kept up to date LOL
This week is one of my least favourite weeks....report writing week. They are due next Monday, so one week to go. I'm in complete denial....I'll get it done though, always do. I also noticed a tiby bit of brown spotting again today. My temps are not post O though, so must be just a bit left behind.

Here is the folic acid I take...this okay? My LE diet is pretty bad right now! So many parties and events....steered clear of red meat though and trying to get back into it.

As a speech path, it's IEPs & progress reports for me ugh. The end of the year is always so crazy! Do you have summers off or year round schools?

Kat a dip 5dpo [emoji4] I like it. Pretty sure I had implanting 5dpo which is super early but I had spotting and cramping so I'm guessing that's what it was from. Feeling any different?
