Just answered in the other thread, but no af here for me, either. We’re the Feb left-behinds!
Starting to get frustrated. And, yes, I totally feel you on the similarity between af signs and pregnancy signs! Everything could be interpreted either way.

AF is due for me in 2 days but may well come tomorrow as I have a short LP that varies quite a bit. I'm hoping AF comes late even if I'm not pg (and it's not seeming likely at this point
) since any extension to my LP would be great!
essnce, I wonder if maybe you Oed 1 or 2 days later than FF thinks?
girliedreamz, clomid is well known for lengthening the LP, often to 16 days, even 18 sometimes! If you're sensitive to drugs, I do think even a little clomid could be having such an effect.Last edited by maidentomother; March 5th, 2014 at 03:43 PM.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removėng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I guess anything is possible, but I ended up discarding the 2 temps that were abnormally high pre-O since they were taken 3 hours after my normal time and I discarded the one abnormally low temp taken post-O since I had to get up super early that morning and took it before my normal time as well. With those temps out of the way it looks like my chart is correct. I had +OPKs 3 days in a row, BUT my one darker than the control +OPK was in the afternoon of day 13 and that's the same day I had the eggwhite CM so I'm thinking it makes sense that I O'd the next day on day 14 and not days after that.
I guess I'll just have to wait to see what tomorrow brings. Can vitex lengthen the LP too? Average is 13 days for me (I have 49 charts to look at!) but I have had a few 14 day and at least one 15 day LP.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

I have no idea about vitex lengthening cycles, but maybe it could? I did take vitex for about three cycles prior to TTC, and I didn’t find it changed much for me. But every body is different! I plan to do vitex next cycle, since clomid and I really didn’t get along. (Especially if it’s messing with my +opk... I’ll never know when to dtd!)
Oh, and on a total side note...I just saw in your sig about your home water births. I’ve had all three of my boys at home, with the last being a water birth! It’s a total experience, right?

I'm on Vitex to lengthen my LP...looks like it might already be helping?

So AF finally arrived for me today.
In the end, however, I actually ended up with a perfect 28 day cycle-- O'ing on CD14 and having a 14 day luteal phase so I guess the vitex didn't really screw me up after all! My normal LP phase is 13 days so I was just off a day.
Good luck to everyone heading over to the March group! I was planning to hold of TTC till June, but just realized that we'd be in Greece for my TWW and it will probably be really hard to stick to the LE diet during that time so I'm thinking of trying again in May. We'll see.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
