I've lost 30 lbs over the last 6 months. I've been losing.... But I was eating super healthy not LE. I'm 5'9 and 198lbs right now. Ideally I'll lose 15 more before ttc. I have a lot of muscle, so BMI is kinda bogus IMO

Hello ladies, sorry to jump in. Im new here so im just reading as much info as possible before i sway properly. Whwn doing cardio, how high does your HR need to be? Like, how intense does the cardio need to be?
Also skipping breakfast, what does that mean in timescale terms... as someone who wakes at 6am and someone who wakes at 11am would surely have different lunch times. I wake between 5:30 and 6:30 every morning so would there be an ideal time to eat as by 9am im sooooo hungry and by 11am i feel ill... am i meant to be eating after a certain timescale or am i just meant to wait until my usual lunch time (which is between 12 and 1)

Hi dreaming pink gonna jump in here because I'm pretty sure I have the answer to some of this. With the skipping brekky thing it's more of a fasting period 12-16 hours off the top of my head. So if you have an earlyish dinner dont wait till 12 noon to eat its not necessary. I sometimes go 18 hours without eating (not intentionally some days it just happens) but I've drunk at least 2-3 coffees which seem to help

Oh and there is nothing stopping you from eating 3 meals a day you should never get to the point you feel ill from not eating - this is neither helpful for your health or your sway. I'm not doing the cardio simply because I cannot commit to it 4-6 days a week and I am having g between 1300 - 1800 calories a day. I always try to stick to less than 40g of fat and 40-50g of protein. But as I said I'm not exercising so calories may need to be increased for you if you are [emoji4]

Heart rate while working out should be in the cardio zone which is intense. Moderate workouts, even if for an hour, can go against your sway. You should be sweaty and exhausted afterwards

Atomic has stressed to me repeatedly NOT to focus on heart rate. She doesn't even want us wearing them. I do but it's only so I know what I burned. She said that they've gotten great results with just walking. I noticed on my hrm when I was watching it that I floated back and forth between at burning and cardio. Fat burning modes burn fat, cardio burns carbs... In the end it doesn't matter. I read a variety of articles on what constitutes as cardio and basically it's anything that is 50-85% of your Max heart rate.

Let's record what we're eating to help each other
^ I was advised differently - I obsessed over this question and atomic mentioned she wished she never used the word "intense". In another thread she said something like "you should feel like you had a good work out".
Assuming it's one of those " what's right for one isn't right for all " deals

Today - lunch - Santa Fe veg wrap McDonald's and a med coffee double cream 490c ,
Dinner - subway 6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki no cheese, 25ish triscuit thins (the triangle ones) 595 cals. My intent was to drink beer with dinner but hubby hasn't gotten here and so my workout has been delayed so I'll have a beer or 3 to get my cals up later and fast longer tomorrow (if it suits me)
Totals
1085 cals (before beer fest starts)
41 g of fat (which may be wrong, I went with mfps record of the sub... Which may come with cheese idk)
43 g of protein.
Also this was the only meat this week except a couple teaspoons of tuna onto a salad.
Help me stay positive and get through yet another bday weekend! [emoji120]
