(2002) (2005) from 1st marriage. TTC since Aug 2010- Dx: low sperm count and 1% normal sperm. We are giving up and moving on with a baby-free life.
UPDATE: surprise bfp in Feb 2013! It's a BOY!

Thanks for all the well wishes. We did sway. I wasn't too great at the diet, but did increase calcium, reduced sodium and potassium, cut out caffeine, took calcium, magnesium, B6, cranberry and folate supplements. The month I conceived I tried to eat/drink acidifying foods. I drank a lot of caffeine free diet coke.
We did frequent release with a 2-3 day cut off. My pH wasn't super low, but lower for me. No big O, missionary, no jump and dump.
It was a new moon and I used a fan on the laptop, but that was about it for ions.
I felt she was a girl throughout the pregnancy, but did not let myself believe it. I was very different in mood this pregnancy, very calm. I also put on more weight everywhere and carried higher up. Her heart rate was always above 140, whereas the boys were 130-140. I had a very sweet tooth this pregnancy too.
It is just starting to sink in that we have a girl. Life is busy and chaotic, but she's worth it. I may not be saying that when DH goes back to work though!!! 7, 5, 2, 02/12/11
