Help needed???

Hi atomic,just wanted to ask about supplements for dh.
He's taking frolic acid,vitamin d3,cod liver oil,fish oil,over 50 vitamins,antidepressant and green tea 1 cup a day.and now he's started taking cough syrup as he's got quite bad cough which I'm getting as we'll I think...
He's just taking whatever I'm asking him to(poor guy,lol)except antidepressant(he was already taking those)and today he was asking me that Are you sure I'm suppose to take all these tablets and I thought I'll ask you once again.
And u know those over 50 multivitamin they got primrose oil in them ,is that ok???
Will be grateful if u could answer ASAP as getting close to O week.

what brand over 50??

I don't usually give EPO to DH, I need to look them up to be sure they're ok.

The over 50 vitamins should have just the right amount of folic in them, he does not need to take the big dose that you are taking.

I would prob. drop cod liver oil and just give him fish oil but that is up to you.

Ok thanks,told him to drop cod liver oil and just have fish oil from today:-)
He's had 9 capsules of cod liver 1everyday but not fish oil.he just started fish oil today:-(
