i am so lost with it all. i want to do a very relaxed sway which sounds like a good thing according to atomic anyway but am unsure what supplements to take for myself? also dh will be happy to take olive leaf and perhaps one other thing. what would be best? the timing thing, i was hoping to bd every other day but avoid heavy cm day/s. im diet actually sounds pretty LE anyway. im not a big eater and i dont snack unless im comforting eating (trying hard not to do that at the moment). am on metformin and thyroxine for my underactive thyroid/onset pcos. i can possibly work in 20 mins cardio a day (if i have to). what else??

Doubt that hon, probably more like there's only so many knocks you can take :'( you've had a tough ht journey. Take time to recover emotionally and physically. Don't rush into anything just now. You'll know what is right for you soon enough. Thinking of you xx

I know dh can't release daily for days on end and with my long cycles and delayed ov I just don't know what to do as wouldn't bd every other day or few days after af til ov sway boy? Weirdly however all my friends with girls have taken that approach rather than waiting for +opk and going for it like me. Don't know which way to turn with that...
Two attempts has gotten a consistent 5% and at times up to 10% fewer girls than one attempt does. This falls to 30% fewer girls with three attempts in fertile window (which every other day would be). I know it is so weird and I would have lost money betting on that, but the one attempt really seems to be working and it's stayed consistent over time with a large enough sample size so I have a fair bit of confidence in it, even tho I cannot offer any more than guesses about why it is.

You don't need to do frequency (having DH release). Frequency and nubmer of attempts are separate. You can do either or both or neither. So I think that having DH do regular release (a boy friendly release pattern of every 2-4 days) with the one attempt is a way to get pregnant more quickly without the stress of the frequency jazz, but while preserving the "magic" of the one attempt.

RE people getting girls DTD every other day, the way I believe this works is that there is a continuum where people are not ovulating due to poor condition on one end (hypothalamic amenorrhea) and then on the other end is PCOS. Pink to blue. People can fall anywhere along the continuum and move up and down it with different pregnancies. The closer you are to the one end, the more girls conceived (but never 100%), the closer to the other end, the more boys conceived (but never 100%). So someone on the pink end of the continuum may be able to get away with things and still conceive girls - and in fact if they were really close to the far end, they may even HAVE to do blue friendly stuff just in order to get pregnant - that for those of us on the blue end, would really sway strongly blue for us. Hope that makes sense.

I believe it still does and you will need to eat upper limits of calories to prevent excess weight loss.

With PCOS even if you can't do the 60 6-7 exercise, I think moderate exercise is so good at improving insulin response that it is nearly mandatory for anyone with PCO - even if you can't do it every day

I would need more info to go off of before recommending specific supps for DH - there are just so many variables in terms of health that come into play. OLE seems to be well tolerated by most people.

I still stick by either having DH do reg. release with one attempt at pos OPK or the every 4 day method.

Since you have the PCO stuff going on, if 20 min. of exercise is all you can do I ~believe~ that the benefits for blood sugar are so great that it trumps the potential risks of mod. exercise. But if you could get up to 60, all the better, even if you can only do it 4 days a week.

Tbh I feel a little the same way. We had one attempt at pos opk - and dh is a horn dog that can keep his hands off it, so I know fr was happening.

I think I'm going to have him step it up, and got for 2x a day lol
