    Thank you atomic, you are a star :-) I used to be a right Martha, I was forever worrying about the state of my house, constantly trying to keep it clean and tidy but now I'm much more relaxed, I hope that's a good sign. With t levels is it most important that they are low in the run up to your attempt or during the whole time you are dieting? I guess just by diet we will be lowering our t levels.

    No, you're within a healthy range for BMI.

    I'm 22lb lighter now than when I conceived my last baby so fingers crossed it's enough :-)

    My bmi is exactly the same currently. I'm so happy to finally be in the normal range haha - I've lost 8 pounds on the diet so far [emoji5]️

    Well done, you're doing fab, it's a really good diet isn't it :-) I'm at my lowest adult weight currently which feels great :-) I'm just so excited to do my attempt now :-) when are you due to ttc?

    You're doing so great too Mandy! Well we'd first hoped June, since I wanted to be on the diet and cardio 12 weeks, but atomic convinced me to go May BUT my cycles are NOT regular yet and I don't even know that I'm ovulating regularly. There is a chance we'll miss May bc my Dh travels and idk if the timing will be inline.
