Three - you're where I'm nervous to be. I conceived so quick with all 4 of my boys, and just assumed that I would have noooo problem. It confirms that I'll be making my attempt asap regardless of length on the diet and cardio. I'm sorry you're going through this; but I think you're right to do every 4 days, or even every 3 as many ladies are doing. My heart is with you.

I started the diet last year to lose my baby weight for a wedding. Then I continured to skip breakfast, ate a small lunch and a decent dinner (meat included) from sept-jan. i didnt start back on the strickly until I knew clomid was a possibility. I have lost about 35 lbs ofer the year, but really should be 10 lbs. heavier to look healthy. i started evercising at the new year (before we decided to try in january) so I didnt add that in until right when we were going to try. it took me 3-4 months to conceive with all of my 3 boys, but something just feels different this time. I am sure it all the problems I am seeing with clomid. I am trying to decide if I should hang the towel after this month or give 2-3 months on femera.

I am going in for bloodwork this month, so hopefully O is confirmed. It was confirmed prior to starting clomid. I did have an ultrasound on cd4 which showed all 4 follicles were gone. Not sure if that confirms anything though. Otherwise, the only confirmation I have since starting is by my temps increasing.

I am sorry you are feeling this way but unfortunately I can totally relate. I have been TTC#3 for over a year, swaying for about 7. I turned 39 in January and also have low AMH. I took clomid unmonitored for about 2 cycles and it did not do anything good for me. I feel like it took me a while to get my cycles somewhat normal again. A lot of times I don't know where I get the strength to keep going but somehow I do. I have lots of mood swings and breakdowns along the way. I know that I want another baby to complete our family. I am swaying pink but would be happy with another beautiful boy!

I think you should absolutely switch to Femara.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
