I guess I don't fit the type. I've always been small. Small framed, I wear a size 6 shoe, bracelets and watches fall off. Small chested too (34B). 5'2 115 pounds. I do workout a bit and lift weights so I have low BMI. I graze all day, don't eat huge meals. Gain about 20 pounds or less with each pregnancy and lose it all by the time I get home from hospital. the only thing that I see is that my diet was very BOY friendly. I eat lots of whole grains, nuts, fruits, salad. I never eat white bread...well rarely. Pretty much a very mediterranean diet. Don't eat artificial colors and dyes, no diet stuff only while swaying. I totally did a 180 to switch my diet to girl foods. I love salt on my food though. My mom had all girls and pretty much has my build but almost NO muscle tone. She's very thin and never works out so just thin and (no offense mom) flabby LOL!
3 handsomes!

Oh, I'm not tall, atomic - quite the opposite - I just have short legs and a very long torso.
Edited to add: Never mind - I just got your point - pregnancy brain

I have thin calves but my mum has chunkier (sorry mum!) calves and she has 3 girls. I have had dress makers comment that my torso is unusually long for my short legs!!!

I noticed the same thing! A sibling of mines smokes like there's no tomorrow and has 1 boy and 2 girls and the 2 girls came when this person's smoking habit got heavier. My other sibling (non-smoker) has 1 girl and 1 boy. I think cigarettes sway for girls, but do not quote me on that.
Almost every addict I've met who has/had an eating disorder either has a boy only OR their last child was a boy.
