I guess girl! Looks like a slight upward angle on the 2nd pic but in both pics the nub looks pretty much parallel with the spine.

Hi. I'll guess Girl to as it looks like my girls scans. Go on babynub.club and ask them as the moderator and Administrator will guess for you and they are Nub nurses a d pretty good .... just tag their names as below.
