    Low carb veg - free unlimited count nothing.

    fruit and high carb veg (potato) - count cals only

    Well yesterday I ate one slice of wholegrain bread with some salad, coleslaw and some humus (around 1 tablespoon of each) plus a banana and coffee (with a little milk in it) then for my tea I ate a portion of brown rice (around 80g which equated to about 175g when cooked) with some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I felt full after both of those meals but I do feel its low in fat and protein. I'm looking to make those my staple meals as I enjoy them but obviously I want to make sure I'm eating enough of everything.

    This is what fitness pal said for yesterday, my calories were only 845. My carbs for yesterday were also at 65% so its still what makes up most of my diet!

    Spam is not allowed and while I'm going to leave these up simply because I'm not convinced you are a spammer. It is fine to discuss methods of gender swaying on here, but if you post a bunch of links for spam purposes then you'll be banned and the posts deleted.

    Michelle Naim ($499) and Dr. Selnas (between $280 and $720 depending on what you order) methods do not work. Gender calendars and timing and "electrical charges" are not effective.

    We help people on this site use real, science-based methods to gender sway and get great results doing that. I spend the bulk of my time helping people for free. I urge you guys not to shell out 500-1000 dollars on things that do not work.

    One last question, how long in advance should my husband start taking olive leaf extract? I'm suddenly feeling very nervous about my alopecia swaying blue for me, I'm suffering with a bout of hair loss at the moment and I have suffered consistently with it for about 5 years, I know it never comes down to just one thing though.

    Please don't worry about this too much- easier said than done I know! I know several ladies IRL that have thinning hair, and even some bald spots, that have girls!

    I'm rooting for you Mandy! Hopefully we can be in a due date group together!

    Your alopecia is not what is swaying though. It is the hormones causing it (and if it's true alopecia then it has nothing to do with hormones anyway)

    IF it is hormone related then the diet changes are only going to help.

    My suspicion, however, is that you're losing hair because you just had a baby!! Around about that time, it's normal to lose a ton of hair (and if you look at my hair you can even see it's got like these layers in it because my hair all fell out in 2008 after DS 3, then in 2010 after DS 4, and then again at the end of 2012 after DD!! IT's called telogenic effluvia and happens to everyone (also can happen after coming off BCP!)

    WE need you at 1500-1800 cals, 50-60 g protein, 50-60 g fat. Even if you have to eat meat to get there, that level of food intake is not gonna cut it.

    Can you have some butter or margarine?? SAuce for the veggies??
