So good news is.....it's not an ectopic! Good news, there was a sac in my uterus, but that it's small so far. He said I'm too early to give a good indication of gestation, but it looks like 4-5 weeks. I should be 5weeks 6 days (from my dates). He said there MIGHT be a tiny yolk sac in the corner, but he said the only way to know how things are going is to keep looking at HCG progression and repeat scans. I'm seeing my ob tomorrow and he will give more more of an indication.
EDIT: Just checked and sac is measuring 4 weeks 6 days (so exactly 1 week behind)
The thing that is keeping me going is that my nausea is getting worse, heart burn, lines are getting darker, soooooo bloated and I am super tired.

Add unreasonably dry skin to my symptoms and a lack of appetite. I get hungry maybe twice a day, but I'm full after very little food. These are very minor complaints!

I've just developed a mild yeast infection - great! Never had one with DD....anybody ever have any in pregnancies?

I have dry skin and a decreased appetite too! It's so weird because being on the blue diet you're constantly eating and a few times over the months if I went more than 2.5 hours I started to want a snack...the last few days I'm not even interested in snacking.
