    This is a super helpful post. I need to go see how much folic acid is in my prenatal! And, I also drink green tea daily.

    honeybee do you think the green tea could be mucking up your cycle?? Let's give that a kick to the curb for a few months to see if it's disrupting your LP.

    It can mess up cycles and blocks folate absorption so if you're drinking it you have to be sure to take extra folate or folic acid

    I am taking 2000 MF of folic acid. I get 400mg if folate from my Women’s one a day vitamin and I’m taking an additional 1600 in folic acid supplements

    Actually, my cycle got messed up when i wasnt drinking it daily, and i had started drinking it daily for general health. I just started drinking raspberry leaf tea daily this cycle.

    Wow this is all interesting information. Im on the wagon as well TTC boy. Plan on starting the sway now for concieving in January or Feb.but im still on birth xontrol, would that affect in any way. Should I just stop the birth control now once I start swaying?

    I prefer blue swayers stop the BC as far in advance as possible of your sway to let it get out of your system.

    We often use coming off BCP the month of trying, to sway PINK so I strongly suggest blue swayers discontinue it sooner rather than later.
