Any time from 8 am thru 12 is a fine time for your first meal. 12-16 hours is what most of us aim for.

Yes 1-2 T of whole milk is fine in coffee, just count the fat in that. about 10 cals, and about a half-gram of fat per tablespoon.

Start off eating more than you think you'll need and cut back over time.

4-6 eggs a week is fine - as for the other foods, just go off the overall nutrient limits of the diet and have what YOU like!!

Hi, am on my first week of le diet. My TTC girl and first attempt will October. Regarding fruits and vegetables , is it good to eat them always, will that be snacking? Am skipping breakfast, can I eat fruits and vegetables anytime of the day from to night or don't anything in the mornings?

It's best to eat anything with calories with a meal and not between meals. YOu can still have 3 meals, just push back your first meal a little. I always ate at about 11 am, then at about 5pm, then I had a snack before bedtime. That is what worked for me, but you should do what works best for you.

If you can't stick to 3 meals, it's better to go to 4 or even 5 meals instead of snacking all day long. You want to eat the least often as you possibly can without being completely miserable and while sticking in the limits for the day (getting enough food to get and stay pregnant!)

In my le diet, is Turkey good for me to eat or should I stick to chicken alone?

Turkey is fine, you may want to keep to white meat poultry (but I doubt it really matters!)

Am fine only that, it being very difficult to get to 1500. To even get protein and fat up to 50-60g a day is very hard for. So , I don't really know how to achieve all my calories a day. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Look at the pictures and food ideas. There is a thread. I have no problem hitting the calories. There is a thread for diet fixes. It shows ideas that help add where you are missing. Like protein or fat.

Do you generally not eat a lot? 1500 calories is very low and easy to hit. For me anyhow. If I dont watch I can go over.

Give me a day example of your food
