I had a really yummy supper tonight and I still managed to stay within my limits!
7am: coffee
12pm: rice with balsamic vinegar, 1 slice toasted Cinnabon cinnamon bread (I saw this in the grocery store and couldn't resist!), pear
5:30pm: vegetarian tacos (basically, I sauteed yellow pepper strips, leek, a cup of canned 'no salt added' tomatoes, a cup of canned 'no salt added black beans' and added about 1tsp of chili powder and a bit of cumin + a bunch of fresh cilantro, then put them on salt-free corn tortillas with cheese, fresh salsa and fat free plain yogurt. The tortillas are tiny, so I had 4! I used a total of 2 servings of cheese (60g) and about 3-4 tbsp of salsa on them. I even popped them into the oven for a bit after adding the cheese to let it melt. Sooooooo yummy!!!! I wasn't jealous of the kids for their beef tacos at all - mine looked far more appetizing. The best part is I only ate half of what I made so I can have it for supper again later in the week.) + 4 lychee fruits for dessert
8:30pm: cherries (I know - they're too healthy for this diet, but they were on sale and I love them so I couldn't resist), Mike & Ikes

For yesterday 12/5
I didn't really eat much at all since I was ovulating yesterday. I didn't count calories because it was to hard with what I ate but im guessing I didn't go over 700.
I had peppermint tea at 10
At 12 a few bites of left over mashed potatoes and 3 baby carrots, a pack of Newton Crisp, and then a little noodles with cheese and sauce with a caff free diet coke.
At 5 I had maybe 3 bites of my kids noodles (the ones I ate for lunch), 1 slice of sugar free pear, 1/2 of a Newton Crisp, a small salad, and more peppermint tea.
Then around 11 I had prob 14 salt free mini pretzels bottled water and more diet caff free coke.

YUMMO, Mocha! I made something similar over the weekend…I really felt like I was indulging a bit too much but it was within my means (when we went out to eat that day for lunch, that was what tipped the sodium over the edge but I’m not so worried about going over in my sodium levels this time around). If you look, you can really find a lot of "no sodium added" items in the store! Adding grilled veggies, leeks and/or vinegar really help me when I need some flavor.
YAY for O coming soon, MommyDuke!!! I assume you were trying this round, right? Add another to the 2ww!!! So many of our pink swaying sisters are now there! Not sure when I'll join but hopefully it's soon...

Yesterday:
•2 C. of tea w/rice milk
• Grilled veggies w/sauteed leeks & portobellos and a bit of pecorino-romano (I was too lazy to cook rice), air-popped popcorn
• Smoothie (froz rasp., psyllium husks, coconut water), light coolwhip + a bit of low fat cream cheese + strawberry jam (I’m hooked on this combo and I spread it on my air-puffed corn cakes when I have them)
•3 C. pep tea, 1 C. RRL tea throughout the day

You're not eating much these days, Jen - is it because you're waiting to O? I'm the opposite. Since I know I'm in the 2WW now I'm eating some extra calories since who knows how long I'll be on this diet (this is month 6 for me if you include last summer).

No...I'm not purposefully eating only a little right now. I'm honestly not that hungry most of the time. My lunches are quite sizable though, especially when I eat 250 cals worth of popcorn! I will definitely need to really rethink things if I don’t get a BFP this round. I saw Atomic’s O post this a.m. and it makes sense. I’m just really bored w/food and don’t have any drive to cook anything different lately. No joke, I have 7 different bottles of salad dressing in my fridge right now to keep my salads interesting. Whenever I get my BFP, I’m going to hit all my fav restaurants w/DH…Indian, Thai, Italian….Mmmmm!
Hey, Amari…How are you? Hope all is well!Jen+ DH

I read it... I had a really good sway with my last baby. I did the IG diet and supplements and the only thing I didn't do is reduce calories and I ate a normal amount which really isn't THAT much anyway. I just feel like I need to do it this time. Im still bf but my son is 1 1/2 and im ready to wean anyway and i've almost made y goal of 115. Im 117 now so I bet I can get there! I wish I could get my hands on a cheap treadmill!

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to those post-BFP meals too. I went a little nuts in my first month after my BFP last time and ended up gaining 10 pounds in the first month!
I'm also going to treat myself to a big cheat meal if I get af - it'll help make it less depressing. I'm thinking pizza!
