I can already see yours, but this is how you can change settings: my home, settings, diary settings. AND other stuff: My home, settings, profile privacy settings.

I was first on 100 then on 150, so I will be back down to 100 this time. Yes, if we are friends we can look at each other by looking at their food diary. You have to look up member and then send a friend request like on FB. I am so confused about the balance between weight loss/maintaining and then wanting to actually O on clomid. It is hard to know what and how much to eat. I always wonder am I eating too much healthy food or not enough, or too much? Or too much sweets etc. Anyways, that's how you do it...

Hi All others-
So I woke up this am with a lot of ewcm. I will be on my opk's like a hawk today.
I think our attempt will either be tonight or tomorrow night. Wahoo.

Ofcourse I was at my MIL last night to celebrate my son's 3rd bday and ate dinner. I mean I ATE. I has some corned beef -- I know really bad. Some boiled veggies, some homeade mac and cheese (it was soo good I could have eaten much more), irish soda bread w/ butter and a little piece of bday cake with icecream. I am terrible. That was such a cheat meal.
I keep telling myself one meal will not do anything -- its the overall trend. I have been really good since my af and that was my one cheat. I am going to be soooo good today -- only like 700 calories and tomorrow only 900. I gotta let my body know last night was a one time only thing.

Funny tho -- my mom said to me this morning on the phone "Starving people in some countries go weeks without eating much and then kill a lion and eat the whole thing. They all have more girls b/c most of the time they are starving. So eating one meal won't ruin anything"
Thanks mom, So what you are confirming is that I did eat a lot but telling me not to feel bad about it.

Yikes -- I am almost positive that anitbiotics sway boy. Not sure why, that is just what I have read in the past.

PFP, I agree with your mom and what AS always says...one meal isn't going to hurt anyone's sway, because it really is the overall trend. Luckily my mom is a terrible cook and we were at her house on the day I o'ed, Christmas Day, so I picked at her dry ham and barely ate any meat and usaully i love potatoes but she sauteed them with these huge onions (and I like my onions very tiny) and I couldn't really eat anything but some bread because all her food was so dry and yucky.

KD, I really hope the little bleeding is a good sign! I am really hopeful for you this month! Hope your prog. levels come back good.

Little miss, I'm not sure why, but according to IG, antiobotics sway boy. I don't know how much, or why they sway boy, maybe AS will chime in to tell us why or tell us don't worry about it.

I am good, my MS is mostly over, I still get a bit nauseated when I don't eat, and I'm really, really tired today because I stayed up way too late, chatting it up with DH. It was nice for us to have time together with kids asleep, but now I can barely keep my eyes open! Too much of a good thing!
