And yep, I could easily eat a whole Brie or Camembert cheese on my own too!! 😉

Yes true I could also eat a full one....therefore because I had half, I've had less
Well so far today I had 2 coffees with whole milk this morning then spent the morning hungry and not eating (now I know another reason why I like gym, it keeps me occupied and not eating!)
For lunch I had some salad and beetroot, plus a carton of by new covent garden tomato and balsamic soup, a white crusty roll with some Brie on it and to finish a cup of tea with whole milk and a MASSIVE piece of leftover chocolate birthday cake.....
Going for all you can eat sushi in 7 hours time so no eating between now and then but I might have a Cosmo or gin and tonic or something when my mum gets here (my mum is visiting from today to Friday so eating will be a bit wonky this week). Will eat what I want at the sushi and then log after but so far I'm on 1000 cals, 39g fat and 27g protein.....so it's safe to say I will be well over again! But that's not going to stop me enjoying my date tonight

My stomach is groaning from all the delicious sashimi, sushi and tempura!!!! I'm adding 1000 cals, 60g fat and 70g protein to the above plus 300 cals for alcohol. Can't be bothered logging everything.
So delicious! So full! On the plus side it will hopefully help ovulation

So jealous Steph! Sushi is my absolute favorite, I even ate it all the time while pregnant, I couldn't stay away.

If it has been frozen for 24 hours beforehand then it's safe in pregnancy. By law all takeaways and restaurants in the uk have to do it. Not sure about where you live but these were NHS guidelines when I got PG. I was eating sushi probably twice a week when I conceived DS too... Having it much less now! Maybe once or twice a month, or less even.

Sushi is my fave too... I are it during pregnancy. My doctor friend said to me it is perfectly safe as long as the restaurant is clean etc & of course who would eat at a dirty sushi restaurant?! As he pointed out, all pregnant women in Japan keep on eating it & you don't hear of listeria running rampant there.

Exactly. Another weird thing from nhs advice is that pregnant women can eat prawns as long as they are cooked. Well, hello! Who would eat a raw prawn?!
