I dreamt that my ultrasound was so fuzzy that I couldn't make anything out. Let's hope I get some sleep tonight :-/

Xx my beta at 5 weeks was over 20,000 also and nobody got too excited about it, including my midwife. The normal range is so broad that you really can't base much value on the level being high and the rate of twins.
Having said that it is absolutely possible! Do you have a history of twins pregnancies or maternal family history?

Yes 2boys at 8am. I will be 13+1 by my o date. I don't think it is technically a nt scan though. My midwife doesn't do nt scan for every person I guess. I just put off calling for my first appt because of my mmc last time.
Anyways hoping to get a good nub shot BUT most of all a healthy baby!

Annoying thing that was said to me this weekend, "we should let Alicia hold her, that way she knows what it's like to hold a baby girl".
Grrrrrrrrrrr! This was said to me by my father in law about my niece this weekend. I know he didn't mean to be rude. People just don't think before they talk half the time! I responded with, "I am pretty sure it feels just like holding a baby boy". I bet he knew he hit a nerve of mine after I responded.
I don't even want to tell those people I am pregnant again, let alone what gender I am carrying!!!

Thanks ladies! With my other two pregnancies, my HCG levels were not this high this early. Bet it is just one, really healthy baby!!

Rosie honey I'm so gutted for you, at my 13 week scan I thought my baby had a really round skull and it did give me hope!! Will you find out at 20wks or go team green? Xx
