I listened to my little one tonight again! It's so nice to be able to do that! It still wasn't easy to find even putting it exactly where I did before!

Twins can happen in Vitex..but I don't think they are as common as twins are with Clomid.
With Vitex I took the 400 mg two pills a day and in the morning. I've heard it absorbs best then.

Most people on this site are taking vitex and all the twins save one have been from Clomid, not vitex. The other set of twins were identical and vitex does not cause ID twinning. I don't think vitex causes twinning very strongly at all.

So I know I'm super late & I haven't been around much so I have lots of catching up to do but hi everyone!!
And I just wanted to add to quench my thirst I actually MUST have Ginger ale because it helps with the nausea. During dinner I take a few bites and feel like it's all about to come back up and then ginger ale clears it all up and I force drink seltzer water & 100% juice only because I now crave juice other than that water is my best friend. Try lemon or lime or both to trick your mind into thinking it's some type of juice instead of plain water and there's flavored seltzer water as well

Thanks for replying! Me too! I don't think doing anything cold turkey is good. So I took one last night and one tonight. I have 4 pills left.. how should I take them?

I'd take one a day and then stop. It's probably fine to stop at this point, but just for peace of mind.

LOL I was thinking of begging my nurse and or doc tmw.. just take one a night until Im out of the first trimester..
I'll let you know how that goes.
