I feel the same about having a boy lol. So strange I don't know quite why. My daughter is a rambunctious non cuddly sassy little thing so I know stereotypes are bogus. I adore her so much tho ugh precious little pretty squishy girls love love love them!!! Lol

Well I'll just post what I messaged you since it's not sending for some reason!

Basically I'm doing two things to sway for twins. Taking extra folic acid and taking cassava. Both are theories of course. Studies have more to prove folic helps than studies do on cassava, but I figure I'll try anything if it's not harmful.

So for folic I'm taking 4000mcg a day! Seems like a lot, but anything extra will be expelled through urine. But studies show it can cause hyperovulation- releasing more than one egg.

And cassava is a wild yam that's specific to a South African region. The people there eat it regularly and are said to have more than normal ratios of twin pregnancies. They say it's like a natural clomid so to speak. But again- it's just a theory. You can buy the cassava root and cool it yourself- but I've heard it's very bitter and you HAVE to know how to cook it properly. I resorted to cassava supplement pills. To get the full affect, it's recommended you take them regularly for 30 days prior to conception. I've done my best to do that so we'll see! I also bought cassava pops! They're individual bags of little popped cassava chips with a little bit of salt on them! I've been eating those as much as possible and then daily from CD1 - O!!

Again- all are theories and don't have a TON of evidence to support them. But many swear by them.. So I figure why not I'll keep you posted!!

I've never thought about her wedding hmm that is a good point that'll be fun. I'm such a girly girly girl too. I think there's something to the maternal dominance thing. I'm a skinny but soft no muscle mild tempered mom and so are most of the other girl mom's I know. Some of the boy mom's are abit more dominant personality wise and more naturally well muscled. Hmm interesting. I hate being so soft and as much as I love it I'm trying hard not lift weights lol

Makes sense I am quite a dominant person! My Dad is a firm believer in the maternal dominance thing and has said I will have all boys! My mum reckons if I have a girl she would be my 5th [emoji15] which DH will not do! So im sort of holding out for all boys. I have a great big list of boys names and 3 for a girl [emoji85]

Will do!!! And clomid for sure sways twins so if your doctor recommends it for whatever reason I would def take it! Soy also is said to sway twins. I just don't do soy just it sways pink too. And I don't wanna take too many chances! I really just want a boy

And it's funny you all mention maternal dominance. I'm over here total tomboy.. I always picture being the mother of the groom. I love motocross, skateboarding, snowboarding, sports, etc.. I lift weights when I can and have decent muscle tone! (Aside from my left over baby weight..) and somehow I got a girl.. When I heard girl I'm like wait... Wtf.. I have no idea what to do with a girl.. I can barely dress myself... Let alone a baby girl.. Lol! So she wears hoodies and jeans every day like her mom I feel bad more people assume she's a little boy.. I'm letting her hair grow out super long of course so that will help.. But for now it's like "aw such a cute little boy!!"

Doesn't help her name is Rowan.. So when people ask "what's his name!?" I have to go "well HER name is Rowan!" Some people catch on and others don't haha. I seriously have no clue what to do with one girl let alone two, if this next one is a girl too.. Ugh..

Psophia before I had kids I thought I was a girl mum, could not imagine having boys, and then I had 3 in less than 2 years! Just about over the shock of it! You are right about stereotypes being bogus. I think it's a lesson I needed to learn, boys are just as awesome as girls. Now I'm so used to raising boys.

So has anyone seen that super moon?!!!! If you believe in all the old wibpves tales I've chosen a bad time to try and conceive a girl!
3 beautiful boys, longing for a sister for them to complete our family

    Now preparing to sway.

I don't know that there is any way to sway for both girl and boy, since the swaying methods are so different, you couldn't do both.. It'd have to be one or the other. I would say just make sure to are up to health and well nourished daily. Take the supplements to sway twins.. But if you want a girl more than a boy, maybe sway girl while taking the twin supps.. That way if you don't get twins, at least you know you tried for a girl and may still get her! And I couldn't tell you if bfing sways twins.. I've heard it sways pink. But that's all I know. I stopped breast feeding when DD was only 6 weeks old. Couldn't handle it anymore. Wasn't working for us. So I've had normal cycles now for 6 months!
