I'd say you should take them for sure, LMN - it sounds like you're feeling miserable!

Thanks auroara -- I hope so. I kinda have a good feeling I will -- I just hope I wil get pg with a girl!
Mydream put things into perspective for me too -- she said if one meal or day could make such a difference then we could all just be on the LE diet for one day and conceive our girls. But no, we have to be on it for 6+ weeks to even begin to sway, so it truly is the overall trend and not one day.2005;

mocha, that was so kind to find all that info.
littlemiss, if its thought to sway boy just b/c it raises your ph then take them. you are on the diet and taking clomid, clomid alone takes care of your ph and will trump the antibiotic for sure. plus the diet etc.. you are lowering your ph a lot anyway. we don't even know for sure that a low ph sways at all. plus you are a ways away from your attempt, no?2005;

Littlemiss~ I also remember Atomic not feeling like antibotics sway. She often has said if you have a choice between antibotics or steroids to pick the antibiotics. You have the threads now anyway!! I also think you are far away enough from your attempt you said 4 weeks, they won't be in your system anymore. Also stopping antibotics mid way makes infections fierce!
PFP and sweetsister~ Good luck with your attempts coming.
Auroara~ Glad your m/s is almost gone!
Kraisy~ can't wait to see your blood results

LMN7, my mum had 3 boys and I was an unexpected surprise. She was on the pill, but got sick and was taking antibiotics, and forgot that they would make the pill less reliable, and hey presto I happened! So I would definitely take them and get yourself feeling better. Sinusitis is just horrible.

Sorry you are feeling bad, if your attempt is 4 wks away that seems far enough to continue with the meds, no?
Praying- I gave cheats like that, you are soo strict I wouldn't think twice!
Hope- I'm cd4 too! I'm suppose to start Clomid tomorrow. Weird thing is I have egg white cm and cramping?? I might take an opk in a little bit just for the hell of it, I'm barely off my period so it must be just that, right ?

Hi girls,
PFP - dont worry at all about a lil cheat like that, you have been so good with your diet I doubt one meal would make a difference at all!
Lilmiss - I would def keep taking your antibiotics. You're 4 weeks away, which is a long time really, and I think it's best you feel 100% before your attempt. And by what the research says, it might not even sway boy so no point stressing, particularly since you are doing so many other things to sway.
As for me, I am CD13 and seem to have a lot of CM, although I have found rephresh contributes to that. Still neg opks but I'm sure it will happen soon, usually I O about CD16 but my cycles have been a bit all over the place lately so I wouldn't be surprised if I O earlier. DP is abstaining so I was planning on only doing 1 attempt approx 24-30 hrs after a pos opk, but I really want to get pregnant this cycle (I want a 2012 baby) n I saw PFP I think, was going to abstain n then do another attempt almost immediately after the first attempt. Do you guys think that is a good plan? Surely the sperm wouldn't have had much time to replenish so sperm count would still be low, or is it too risky to have that much sperm up there? I want to get pregnant this cycle but I don't want to do anything to jeopardise my sway for a girl. What do you ladies think?

So im officially here
CD1! Second month TTC here i comeIm thinking of changing some thing - i started a new thread - let me know your thoughts i need all the help / suggestion i can get!
PFP - dont worry, as all the other said, one meal isnt going to ruin your sway, and i think we *need* to have a small cheat every now and again to reward ourselves (well, thats what i tell myself anyway) Really hope this is your month for you - positive thinking HAS to count for something! FX hun
LMN7 - i havnt had a chance to read thoroughly what the official advise is, but i would wholeheartedly recommend you take your antibiotics, your body needs to be relatively healthy to conceive, so you are best to take them, its not worth risking your overall health, prolonged sickness, or your condition worsening. I really hope you feel better soon!!
lala - im too new to have any advice for you on your questions but just wanted to say GOOD LUCK!!! your getting close to your attempt
