I was really hesitant on saying anything, but since you posted I had to tell you that I'm obsessing for you... That part that your talking about that you covered up looks Cord'ish to me... And I totally see what you're saying about the part that looks girly. I even took a screen shot and showed my sis. She feels the same way and wouldn't be surprised if you're having a girl. I don't want to get your hopes up, but I personally would have another scan just to be 100% sure.

I keep thinking of that saying too Threemen, makes me feel really sad but then I think about all the men I know and how different they are. Some are really close to their mums and others aren't so I figure the more boys we have surely the odds are at least one will stay close to his family! I think you will find your boys will be very protective of their sister and will always be close to each other so try not to worry too much about that.
I always wanted a sister when I was growing up, I have an older brother but he is a bit of a wuss and not exactly a protective brother! Most people think I am the older of the two of us because of my attitude on life. As I got older I figured I would have a daughter at some point in my life and that would fill the gap. I suppose we all assume we can have children, and we all assume if we have two or three that we will get a mixture of genders. That's why it hits some of us so hard when we realise we don't have any control over it.
I bet you will have the most fantastic relationship with your daughter as she grows older, she will appreciate your female company so much! I also think girls tend to be better at having close friends compared to boys so I am sure once she starts school she won't be as worried about having a sister.
We couldn't afford ht and I don't think it is for us tbh even if we could. I just wish I had a magic wand so I could give all of us our desired gender. xxxDS1 - 4.5yrsDS2 - 3yrs

I see what you mean too, was it clearer that it was a boy during the scan? It is impossible not to obsess, the tech was sure I'm having a boy and my scan clearly looks like a boy yet I'm still searching the internet for mistaken ultrasound pics that turned out to be a girl.
The way I'm trying to look at it is that it is pretty certain it is a boy regardless of my gut feelings but that if by some miracle it turns out to be a girl it would be the most wonderful surprise ever, and I would far rather have it that way then be told girl and then find out it was actually another boy.
Wouldn't it be amazing if lots of us had some lovely surprises come next March, April, May!xx

I hope it is your dd spinning. If not, maybe we can bounce ideas off of eachother. I don't know wth I'm thinking. Dh has no clue and would probably come right out and say no, but this is something I may not be able to live without. I'm going to reassess after the baby is born. I just with I could be happy with my famiy makeup. I sound like an ungrateful snot.

Nah, I feel like an awful person to care so much about gender after having a baby die.. but I just do .
