Max-I hope you feel better. Once you have him in your arms I'm sure it'll be instant bliss.

Ash-I'm pretty lax on the cleaning but it's only because I work full time and at the end of the day there's just no time left in the day. I'm already worried I won't bond with this baby because I'm not going to really be able to see it during the week only about an hour a day if that because of my hectic schedule. This is causing a ton of anxiety.

Just a quick update. Baby still had concerning findings so doc suggested aminocentesis and i am getting it done in about 10 to 15 mins.
Looking like down unless proven otherwise. They will check zika too as they spoke to cdc and they recommend going ahead with it as u still cant say for sure it wasn't in orlando in june

Blue [emoji50] I'm so sorry what a load to take on. I couldn't imagine doing an amnio without preparation. I sure hope all turns out well. Hopefully it's nothing but if it is I'm sure you'll have a beautiful baby no matter the case.

Yes DH came with this time. Its so hard getting off days from work and then apparently doc was leaving for some trip/conference so we decided to go ahead with it today. Now back at work trying to catch up missed time. It's going to be a looong day. But thank you for the prayers ladies.
The thing is the amnio and tests can possibly tell me what baby has but i guess no one can tell me how gifted/special baby might be and i don't know if i am ready to cope with those needs. I am already so overwhelmed as is. The only good would be if tests come back as all negative but based on my knowledge and the findings i am highly suspecting Down's.

Oh Bluebooties thinking of you and your sweet bub. Did they give you a time frame of when you will have the results? I certainly understand you on those feelings of being overwhelmed. Tests can only tell you so much not the whole story. Thinking of you and hoping for the best.
