Hello hello.... after getting to bed at 9.30 last night... I got NOOooooo sleep. DS2 is quite poorly and was up most of the night. Ended up taking him to the docs today - doc thinks he has bronchiolitis so we're on all the medicine. Will be keeping an eye on him though. DS1 ended up overnight in hospital both times he got bronchiolitis.

Got my blood tests done today - FIVE vials of blood needed! FIVE!!! eugh... hate getting blood taken! :P

Oh question for everyone. My doc said that he wants to do a pap smear. I've had abnormal ones in the past and several treatments. I'm not due one until December but he thinks I should get one. I don't really want to get one because I worry I suppose. I mean if there were some abnormal cells its not as though I could get them treated until after the baby is born anyway... Anyone had a smear while PG???

i had a smear when i was pg with my dd. i can see why you would be worried but if you don't now hes suggested getting one you will worry untill you have one there could be something wrong. i'd just go get it done hun. theres a very good chance it will be fine.

i have a question. we aren't planning to ttc till may but i'm about a stone and a half over weight and i'd really like to lose that before i get pg. if i lose it before starting to ttc with i still get the weightloss shock you need to ttc pink?

Petal- I remember how difficult it was for you after your 16 week scan...it was so hard to see you like that but now here you are super excited about meeting your boy and genuinely happy! That's why threads like this that go on for years are good as we can follow eachother's stories from beginning to happy end!

coco- I'd save loosing the weight until within 6 weeks before your attempt and a lot leading up to O. It is tricky as you don't know exactly when you will get pg!

littlemiss, just keep testing and you will get a smiley! do you always get a smiley cd12 or was last month an exception?! i would keep testing your temps in the way you normally do or you will get inconsistent readings. You can get a pre ov dip or a pre LH surge dip i think. But then again you can get wacko readings for all sorts of readings. Just keep testing

Indigo, so sorry if af does arrive, but the way i look at it is at least you get a chance to tweak your sway! Next month im definitely dropping all lime and just going to do the one attempt at o+12.

Still haven't started packing though went to the shops and bought new wellies for me and the boys. got a play date this aft so i guess packing will have to wait till tonight!

just had a look at your temps and there are looking promising!!! your af was suppose to arrive today wasnt it? or does it normally vary?

ive only started using the digis so this is my first month using them! i have been using the same cheapies for all my other cycles and they are pretty okay. just tested again and still no smiley on digi (i did have a cup of peppermint tea about 20 minutes before hand, will this affect it much?) but the line on the cheapie is darker then todays FMU. Cervix has started to go a bit soft. but not very high. I ovulate very randomly i used to be around cd 16-18 but after taking clomid for 4 months it shortened to between 12-15 days. I arnt taking clomid this month so i dont know when my ovaries will decide to pop an egg out. Hopefully sooner rather than later!!! just going to have to keep testing
