I was only measuring 15+5 so slightly worried a penis might appear by a later scan. Would you be confident from this pic???

Aww thank you so much kitty!! It still hasn't really sunk in yet. My 14 week nub was angled, so I was expecting to be told boy. When are you finding out? Xx

I've been looking at nub videos on youtube, and the more I see the more I think what I actually saw at my 12 week scan was the fork of a girl nub. I was thinking a straight line was a girl and a little bit sticking up was a boy. But now I think the little bit I saw sticking up was the top fork in the girl nub.

I feel a bit deflated, only because I'd convinced myself I'd seen a boy nub and was getting a son, and now I'm convinced the other way! Half term clearly gives me too long to think about things lol!

Aww Ribena I wouldn't count anything on that, my nub at 14 weeks wasn't super clear and I even got a ton of boy guesses on another site because it seemed angled up. I think the nub is really accurate around 13-14 weeks IF you have a good shot of it. I think we're due a couple of boys after all these girls so don't count yourself out yet xxxx x

You're right, I know, I think I'm just getting the wobbles!! I know once I'm back at school it will only be 3 weeks to wait and they will fly as we have to pack up to move to the new building, it just seems such a long way away! I know if I pay for a gender scan I'll be annoyed at myself for not just waiting what is really just a few more days, and I also feel like it's tempting fate! I know I will not care if it's another girl really, I think it's just because I'd been so sure of what I'd seen and I was excited that the sway might have worked etc ... It's all very silly as it's all set in stone no matter what now lol!

No I totally understand, I was praying all the way to my scan today please let it be a girl - like it could change last minute if it wasn't lol!! I think it will be lovely if you hear boy but i also think it will be so special to have three girlies to be best friends too.

If it was me I'd pay for the scan lol, I have my anatomy scan in 3 weeks I'm hoping they can confirm girl then. I also don't know if you're uk but I am and last pregnancy the NHS scan couldn't tell me the gender so I ended up having to pay for a private scan anyway after waiting all that time to find out, so I just thought sod it and got it straight away this time. Xxxxx
