Ugh I keep deleting the iOS calculation that it automatically adds in. It was really 450 or so for 75 mins! I jogged for 1 hr and walked for 15 mins. I'm loving it now that I've gotten into it, but it took awhile. I'm swaying right now too, despite only being on the diet 8 wks with 5 wks cardio.

I've just started LE, haven't gotten a plan yet as I'm short on money now as we will be moving in 2 weeks. But wanted to get started already and change my lifestyle in the hopes of TTC pink. But I need some help from you girl if you don't mind. I am just so incredibly hungry in the morning. I miss my breakfast so bad and feel nausious and dizzy when I don't have it. Does that go away once you get used to it? or could I drink something like diet coke? Wouldn't that spike my bloodsugar?
Also, I get very hungry in between meals. I don't think I eat enough, but am finding it really hard to eat a lot in one go. I'm a grazer. Do you girl try to aim for example for 1000 calories for lunch and 800 for dinner? Like really all the calories cramped into those two meals? What about the fruit, do you eat that as a desert? I'm used to eating everything seperately. And when I read what you girls are eating, it just seems like a little? Aren't you girls feeling hungry like all. the. time? Dana it was a while ago...I have a six week old DD from a successful sway but I found cutting out breakie completely was the only way to do it. I then had to strictly eat lunch at about 11.30am. First thing I would have tea with milk and about 10am I would have a coffee with milk that's how I got through!! I ate roughly the same thing for lunch bagel with reduced fat cream cheese, yoghurt and two pieces vege sushi then nothing until dinner ( except diet coke) and then I pretty much ate whatever DH was cooking ( this is where majority of cals went, but we would eat vege with chicken, fish, eggs once per week) lots of salad. Yes eat your fruit after your lunch or dinner for example that's when I would eat my yoghurt. I would do My fitness pal for a couple months and you will figure it all out! Good luck Xxx

Thanks Kitkat! So a sugary drink in the morning in not considered as breakfast? As it's still spiking the bloodsugar? But I will be getting diet coke asap, as I really need that now. I won't eat till 12:00, so that should do the trick hopefully.

I have. Few iced coffees in the morning instead of breakfast. I think I read that it was fine. I'm used to breakfast too and it's the only thing that gets me through.

Thanks, I was hoping it would yes. I used to never eat breaskfast and had a very pink lifestyle, hence I conceived DD. But once I was pregnant I was so nausious I would eat constantly to try and make it stop. And I've continued that ever since. So this is hard. However, I used to never imagine I would ever eat breakfast, so if I can start eating breakfast, i can stop breakfast as well!
Also the diet coke and helped me last till 11:30! Then I had 2 pitabreads with thinly sliced mozzarella and tomato (831 kcal), 4 matze crackers with hummus (142), 3 carrots (27? kcal) and a little bit of low fat quark with grapes (75). Together that was about 1075 kcal and I'll never do that again cause I'm about to burst lol. But at least I'll not be hungry in between. Tonight I'm planning on a salad with soup and want around 725 calories. 1800 calories is about right? and 50 gram of fat? Not sure about protein and the others?Mummy to agirl, born sleeping

Let's record what we're eating to help each other
Hey Dana - honestly if you can't skip breaky every day than don't - we don't want anyone passing out. also consider how long it's been since dinner - the goal is 12-16 hrs fast; but atomic would say 2-3 meals per day. And I've read some girl sways that clearly state they did not skip breakfast.
If the diet coke is working that's great! Or you can try a low fat yogurt (I avoid Greek bc it's higher in protein) or another source of protein as it will not bring your blood sugar up the way carbs will.
I do eat Maybe once a week a breakfast by 10, listen to your body first and foremost.
I seldom snack, but I'll take a calorie drink such as coffee with cream, or tea with mild and sugar - or beer after or between meals.
Go on my fitness pal! We can support eachother there too! I'm Jendrix76 on it. You can plug in percentage goals too to meet LE
