That's how I felt last month ABC, it's totally ok to feel like that, it's heartbreaking seeing that negative test after feeling so excited with the positive ones. Sending hugs.
Urgh I'm so fed up of this cycle!!! Temp gone down again so I've not ovulated. Day 37 now and my cycles are usually 25/27 days. Is there any way I can bring on af?

I took provera 6+ weeks after my miscarrage to bring on AF. You take it for 10 days and af should come anywhere from the day you stop taking it.. up until 2 weeks after it

Will you share here how you ate? I've basically gone back to following my diet for the past week since I knew the miscarriage was coming. I've been going over on the fat limit though. Going to try to get really strict again as I start back with the exercise.

I only eat 3 meals a day. Mostly carbs no meat. I'm always under 1000 cals bc I am short. I'm adding full fat yogurt and eggs to my diet bc it's ovulation time and that helped last time.

I'm using the trigger shot tonight as my egg is mature at 18mm and my uterine lining is 16mm thick! That's the thickness I've ever seen it... So I am hopeful this month works!

BB - sorry to hear that DH is being difficult. He really needs to do the SA. You are going through hell with no real answers. It is silly to think that the Dr would take him off the needed meds because he is TTC. That seems odd to me. DHs can be difficult sometimes. HUGS
