I am trying to stick to vegetarian as much as I can but have chicken maybe once a week and have had red meat once or twice in the 9 weeks I have been on the LE diet as it was unavoidable as was at a friends for dinner. I just tried to have only a small amount. I am hoping that a small meat cheat every now and then is not too bad as hopefully it is enough of a change that I am no longer eating meat 1-2 times every day. I try to make sure I keep within my daily limits for fat/protein/cals as best I can even when I do eat chicken or meat. I just make sure the rest of the day is low in fat and protein. I think for me it is better to not stress over every single thing I eat or else that will be counterproductive for my sway if I get too stressed about it. Do what feels right for you. I am ok with knowing that I ate chicken or meat occasionally and if I get a boy instead of a girl I don't think this will have been the only deciding factor and I am ok with that.

XXHubby you are amazing for doing this since February and on top of that only one meat cheat! Amazing.
Kelbear, I am like you I ate meat a lot before so this is a big change and I hope that makes my sway better. I am a picky eater so my options are limited so I don't really stress about food because I stick to the same things over and over but it gets boring and I miss meat.
I think I will have it every couple of weeks and keep the portion small. Thanks ladies.Pregnant with baby GIRL #2, due August 2019

Hi Samantha01, you might need to post a new thread for atomic to read as I am not sure she gets time to follow all these longer threads. Good luck with your sway

Breakfast - bread with jam and margarine
Lunch - Veggie Burger & Iceberg with ketchup
Dinner - Cassava oven baked with ketchup - I got them from the frozen section inTescos, and they are so delicious.
Just over 1300 calories
I forgot to add that Cassava has been said to promote multiples (twins, triplets)
Not sure if this has ever been proven though - so maybe avoid if on clomid, if you don't fancy twins lol
Also I've read it sways blue....but Atomic also says that no single food sways. So I am going for it !Last edited by MrsSparkles; September 23rd, 2016 at 12:22 PM.
