I'm keeping all my fingers crossed for you.
Please don't feel bad for wanting a certain gender. Everyone does to some extent whether they admit it or not. And of course we all want a healthy baby at the end but we are only human right? I believe it's completely unrelated and what ever is meant to be will be reagardless of our wishes and desires in life. I think try and wait for the results to come back first, then see how they may or may not impact your life. Just know that whatever the situation you will always have support and can come on here and talk about it as often as you need until it's clear enough to you xxx

Lola yes the ring test has been right for all of mine so far.
NACIRE do you currently have 3 boys?
4blue1pink this is what we're here for. Get all your concerns out! I don't talk gender with anyone else other than here. And I agree your friend has no idea! I would be worried sick and you have every reason to be.
Sky how many weeks will you be for this upcoming scan?

Thank you ladies, I really do appreciate the support.
It's funny really, we're strangers but I feel more supported her than in real life at the moment. I just wanted you to know that your words aren't light to me, and I appreciate all of you for taking the time to try to help ease my mind.

So I just did the ring test with my hair over my belly. It just stays in one place twisting back and forth. No movement! What is that all about?
Oh and pg brain has hit. I left my cell phone at home this morning. Yikes. I talk to my DH all day long on my phone about DS4 and everything. I feel so lost.me (42 ) DH (43)

4blue1pink-please don't believe for a second that this has anything to do with karma! Absolutely NOT your fault in any way! It sounds like your "friend" doesn't have very many friends for a reason! She probably thought she was helping with her overall point of trying to help you not worry, but in no way should she have made you feel like you're overreacting gahhh, b/c you're not! She is not in your shoes! You are simply a concerned Momma who is thinking about the health of your sweet baby! I would feel the same way & in fact I have never done these tests b/c I'm afraid I'll freak out & I know chances of false positives are high on the initial test! I'm doing the MaterniT21 test for this pregnancy since I'm 38 and health is a concern. I've heard results are very accurate and I'll readily admit-I want to know gender! I am keeping you in my prayers! We are here for you through it all! Hope you get your results back very soon & pray with all my might for good news [emoji173]

On a lighter note, that ring test! Exciting to hear that it has been right for so many! Hope it's right again since it seems it is telling most of us what we want to hear! I even had DH hold it so I wouldn't subconsciously move it the way I wanted it to go lol. He didn't know what it all meant...
